Dish Description：

A fusion of Taiwan's favorite "Shacha" (satay-style) sauce and sweet maltose. The whole chicken is marinated in savory Shacha sauce and glazed with maltose during roasting for a crispy, glossy skin. Served atop glass noodles that absorb the savory chicken drippings and sauce, creating a delightful sweet and savory flavor profile.

結合台灣人最愛的「沙茶」風味與甜蜜的麥芽糖。全雞經過沙茶醬醃製入味，烤製過程中刷上麥芽糖水，表皮酥脆油亮。底部鋪墊吸滿雞汁精華與沙茶香氣的冬粉，風味層次豐富，鹹甜交織。
