Omar Hsu, a second-generation chef from Taiwan, honed his culinary skills from traditional Taiwanese street food to Japanese fine dining before venturing to Australia. Mentored by industry luminaries like Matt Moran, he has over 20 years of experience blending Eastern and Western cuisines. The pandemic prompted Omar to return to his roots, focusing on Taiwanese street food with a refined touch, aiming to bring joy through his cooking.
